I thought I would write to you to express our very grateful thanks for all the arrangements you made for us.  We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. All the information you gave us was very helpful. Guides - every one of them was excellent.  We were looked after extremely solicitously, and everything was explained so carefully.

What a holiday! Truly wonderful and so many experiences to treasure. I loved every minute of every day and have 2000 photos and a luggage load of crafts and whatnot to show for it. More importantly a set of memories that make me only more anxious to get back to India just as soon as we can and Heather allows.

All the hotels were brilliant. The Jodhpur one (Raas) in particular was spectacular and we would have loved another night there. Chambal was another hightlight - I just loved it. The river safari was brilliant but if anything even better for me was a drive into rural UP to find Sarus Cranes.  
The agent was excellent. We got given a mobile phone on arrival and calls from time to time to check all was OK. This was really unnecessary but a nice touch and just the right side of too much.  
If any of the recommendations I have made of Kerala/India Connections to friends, family and colleagues come good then you will have some more work to do.

We are now safely back and one again many thanks for organising such a great trip.  We really can relax knowing we are in such good hands. We had no problems and all the reps, guides and drivers were very good. A very nice touch was being provided with a mobile phone and charger with the contact details of two of TWX staff which meant that if we had any problems we could easily get help. Sarai at Toria was lovely. Immaculate spacious cottage and wonderful staff, and hosts. The eating is quite social as it is in a small area which is a covered terrace so a little chilly at night.  Food was lovely and wine quite reasonable!

Just catching my breath after our amazing trip.   We certainly packed a lot in.   I could do with a week off work to try & process all the wonderful things that happened.   I will post the questionnaire back to you but wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the visit.   Thank you very much for arranging yet another successful trip for us.  We absolutely loved The Serai at Toria.
